Olympic Paints will accept returns in the following instances:

 

The product is returned in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition in which it was when it was delivered.

The product is faulty, damaged or does not conform to specification.

The incorrect product was delivered to you.

Olympic Paints will have the right to first inspect the product and its use to confirm that it is in accordance with manufacturer instructions. This includes Colour and material defects.

Olympic Paints will arrange collection of the product at the same address at which it was delivered. Olympic Paints may in its discretion, charge you a collective fee.

Upon submitting the return form, You herby consent to Olympic Paints providing your personal information to the nominated third party delivery service provider in order to give effect to your request.

Olympic Paints will be entitled to inspect the product and/or the send the product to its supplier for testing prior to processing any refund.

Photographs of the paint tins and/or packaging are requested with the form to ensure the products condition and that it is unopened.

Olympic Paints will not be obliged to process any refund in the event that the fault and/or damage is a result of the following:

Ordinary wear and tear;

Non-compliance with the manufacturers specifications, negligence, user abuse and/or incorrect usage.

Olympic Paints will not be able to refund special request orders unless said paint and/or accessories are found to be materially defective.

Olympic Paints will process refunds and returns via EFT. A refund can take up to 7 (seven) business days to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.

Olympic Paints will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the following:

• • Delivery Charge
  • Restocking Fee of R120.00 (One hundred and twenty rand)
